Worldstone announces new Residential Septic Tank Monitor

SEPTICwatch uses “eye-in-the-tank” technology to spot problems in their early stages, prior to system failure. SEPTICwatch also will warn you when it’s time to pump your tank.

Worldstone manufactures an ultrasonic monitoring system for Septic Tanks. The monitor takes measurements inside the tank and displays the results on a Control Unit that is usually mounted inside the home, in the basement. The homeowner, or anyone who is willing to locate and expose the opening of the septic tank can install the system.

The septic tank is usually located at least 10 feet away from the home, and is usually 12 inches or more below the surface.

As a special introductory offer, Worldstone is offering the product for $799. For this price, Worldstone will send the customer a complete monitoring package containing:

Monitor
Control Unit
Mounting Pipe
Mounting hardware with the most commonly used stainless steel fasteners
Detailed easy instructions

The customer should expect that the installation will take about 4-6 hours of work.

*During the contract period, tank will be pumped whenever total solids accumulation in the main tank, as measured by the SEPTICwatch monitor at the outlet side of the tank, is equal to, or greater than 25% of the total tank normal liquid capacity.

A tank back-up or overflow is not necessarily an indication that the solids level has reached 25% of the tank capacity and that the tank requires pumping. This is normally an indication of a malfunction in the drain field or other distribution system failure.
