GREASEwatch monitor

Developed by industry-leading engineers, the patented GREASEwatch monitor uses ultrasonic transducers and an embedded microprocessor to continuously monitor the sludge, scum, liquid levels and temperature in your grease trap. Once the GREASEwatch monitor is professionally installed, you'll get real-time information on incremental changes in the levels of floating solids, bottom solids and total solids at the touch of a button. And you'll get the immediate status of the liquid level in the trap in inches. The Control Unit can be programmed to indicate how full the tank should be before pumping, so there's no more guessing when it's time for service. The GREASEwatch monitor lets you plan a pumping level that meets your needs and protects your investment.

SEPTICwatch monitor

The SEPTICwatch monitor provides continuous monitoring of the sludge, scum, temperature and liquid levels. At the touch of a button, it gives real-time information on actual changes as a percentage of permissible floating solids, bottom solids and total solids. It also provides the immediate status of the liquid level within the tank in inches. Using the monitor's programmable Control Unit, the tank's optimum level for pumping is set, so the tank can be pumped when it's actually needed. The monitor's Control Unit can also be programmed to warn of dangerously high solid levels and lower than normal/higher than normal liquid levels - emergency conditions that could indicate system failure.

STM Link

STM Link is the communications link software between the Control Unit and PC or Laptop and, like all Worldstone software, can be installed automatically from our CD. STM Link gives the service provider the option to easily set the set-up parameters in the office before installing via the Control Unit's RS-232 port. STM Link also allows the service provider to upload historical records (for up to 20 years) that can be easily viewed with STM Viewer. STM Link also provides the capability to totally re-program the Control Unit and Transducer for specialized applications on site if necessary!

STM Viewer

STM Viewer is a user friendly software package that allows the user to view historical tank data over time. STM Viewer provides a cross section of the tank over time for the highs, lows and averages of the floating solids, bottom solids, liquid level and temperature in the tank for every minute (for the most recent hour), every hour (for the most recent day), every day (for the most recent month) and for every month (for 20 years). In addition, Control Unit and Transducer configurations and a record of set-up changes are also saved to document changes. In an instant you can see when the tank was pumped, pumping frequency, what the levels where before the pumping and after pumping (how good the pumping was), how far the liquid level backed up or leaked and when, max and min tank temperatures, potential water infiltration and more.

STM Internet

If you have permission, historical records can be viewed with your browser, but that is just the beginning. Automatic notification of routine and emergency service, summary reports of all tanks on in your network, and the ability to see trends with computer generated statistics all comes together for the compete automatic monitoring and documentation solution.

Remote Access

With the modem option all the capabilities of historical files and the STM Viewer can be available to you without leaving the office.
