Here are some of the testimonials we have received for the SEPTICwatch™ monitor.
McDonald's
26 March, 2001 To whom this may concern, Approximately nine months ago, I was approached by Worldstone, Inc. regarding the placement of one of their SEPTICwatch™ monitoring device into the grease trap at my McDonald's restaurant in Falmouth, Massachusetts. I agreed to do so. As a result, I have saved both time and money. When properly monitored, this device simply tells you when your grease trap or septic tank needs to be serviced. There is no longer any guesswork involved. I strongly recommend this product. Sincerely yours, Vincent B. Holland
SPORTSITE Health & Racquet Club
Dear James, It has been a pleasure working with your company over the last year. Your staff was always courteous and professional whenever they were at my business or around my club members. In my business this is an important attribute that I look for with any contractors or vendors that visit the health club. Your product is definitely something I foresee every business and conscientious household owner purchasing. Not many business owners have the time or the manpower to physically check their septic tanks on a regular basis. To be able to get these readings with the push of a few buttons is going to save people like myself time and of course money. Businesses would be able to avoid the expensive replacement of their leaching pits due to neglect now that they can monitor them 24 hours a day. You certainly have thought of everything with your SEPTICwatch™ system. Another satisfied customer. Sincerely, Jack Kelliher
The Beehive Tavern
April 19, 2001 To Whom It May Concern, During the summer of 2000 a septic tank monitor was installed in the outside grease trap at my restaurant. The monitor is installed in the first tank of a two-tank grease trap system. The most valuable feature of the monitor is the ability to let me know of potential back-ups. We recently had an incident at the restaurant where the device informed me that the tank level was dangerously high. The tanks were recently pumped, and a few days later, the SEPTICwatch™ monitor informed me that the liquid level in the main tank was 10" high. It appears that after the tank was pumped, the Zabel filter leading to the second tank was not cleaned out. I immediately removed the filter, cleaned it and replaced it in the tank. Almost immediately the level in the tank began to decrease. The monitor certainly saved me from a potential disruption of business, loss of revenue and possible embarrassment. The SEPTICwatch™ monitor has also taken the guesswork out of determining when the tank is to be pumped. All I need to do is push a button on the Control Unit to tell me how full the tank is. I would recommend the monitor to anyone who is concerned about the status of his or her onsite grease trap and septic system. Yours truly, Bob King
Damon's Restaurant
Chris Adams, manager of Damon's Restaurant in Saginaw, Mich., said he's much more at ease with GREASEwatch™ monitoring his restaurant's grease trap. "There was no way for us to know when we were full, and we weren't really sure if we were getting pumped out all the way," Adams said. Adams' restaurant had a monitor installed about a month ago, on the same day the grease trap had been pumped. The monitor showed that the trap had not been completely pumped. The pumping company returned the next day and finished the job. "We would never have known that if not for this product," Adams said. Damon's has 140 restaurants in the MidWest, England, Puerto Rico and Panama. The monitors may be installed in other Damon's restaurants if the Saginaw restaurant has continued success. |
